Trust me, I am not a big porridge fan in general. I think it comes from when I was a child and my mum used to make porridge which was quite bland and didn’t really taste of anything. But things have changed since I got older and wiser. Now, I love to make this oat porridge with some nuts or fruit with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled over it. You can really “jazz” it up with stuff that you love to eat.
