Hormone Symptoms Checklist

YOU are the most powerful ALLY in your goal to obtain hormone balance and optimal health!!  It can be very helpful to observe your symptoms before you start using any natural hormones and for at least a few months after you begin. Maintaining hormone balance is more than just taking the right hormones in the correct timing and dosage. Many aspects of your lifestyle, from diet and exercise to stress and sleep patterns, can impact hormone levels. 

A symptoms checklist can be a useful tool to determine which symptoms are the most frequent and troublesome. You can print out a copy of this checklist and use it to create a chart for yourself that tracks the symptoms you have. Ideally you should track your symptoms every day for a month if you are premenopausal, and for 2 weeks if you are menopausal, before starting on any hormone supplements, and then continue for at least 3 months.
