I just love this guacamole recipe from the Wahls Protocol. I bought the Wahls Protocol Cooking for Life recipe book after my autoimmune diagnosis and I have used it ever since. The recipes are quick, easy and delicious. You will see that I share quite a few of the recipes here on my website.
Wahls Guacamole
Ingredients: (makes 5 servings)
- 2 avocados, pitted, peeled & mashed
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon / lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced or ½ teaspoon fermented garlic
- 1 small jalapeno, minced (optional, if you like it spicy)
- 1 small tomato, minced
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients and serve immediately.
- Enjoy with some vegetable crudites.
