So many people are struggling with health issues ranging from high blood pressure, Type-2 Diabetes, autoimmune conditions such as MS, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. And one of the biggest underlying culprits in these conditions is poor NUTRITION.

People are struggling with poor health because their diets consist out of a lot of calories, a lot of chemicals, and artificial everything (e.g., sweeteners, flavours, texturizing agents, etc.). Even if it’s homemade, there’s still a lot of sugar, a lot of refined carbohydrates, a lot of highly processed fats, maybe just an excess of calories, period. And most of us don’t even know how badly it affects our bodies.

In this workshop I am going to bust some of those popular diet myths. I am going to define what optimum nutrition is, what it looks like, and how to achieve it!!
